Lil' Sugarplum accepts returns for damaged items purchased via its website within 7 days of receipt of shipment. However, Items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Then you can make an even exchange for the same item you ordered. All sales are final on all merchandise.

Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our website. Lil' Sugarplum will not take returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or at sample sales.

A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.
