We recommend that you remove your child's hair accessories before naptime, in the car seat (when they are out of your reach) and at daycare etc because our products are small and could potentially become a choking hazard. Our Lil' Sugarplum hair accessories are for use at your own risk. When will my order ship?

It will ship 3 business days after payment is received.

(Exceptions--when I am sick or on vacation it could be up to 10 business days before orders are processed).

What shipping method do you use?

We ship via the United States Postal Service by First Class. It typically takes 3-9 business days.

If you need your order quicker, i have also offered Priority Mail for a flat fee of $7.00. It typically takes 2-3 days to reach you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if you live in California (7.750%)

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. If you live outside of the U.S., we are happy to ship to you as well. We ship just about everywhere in the world and at no extra charge. Our same shipping rates apply.

Lil' Sugarplum is a business run out of my family home. A lot of time goes into making each and every hair clip & accessory. As a stay at home mom, I ask you to keep this in mind when you purchase off my website. Please read the return policy below. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Lil' Sugarplum accepts returns for damaged items purchased via its website within 7 days of receipt of shipment. However, Items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Then you can make an even exchange for the same item you ordered. All sales are final on all merchandise.

Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our website. Lil' Sugarplum will not take returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or at sample sales.

A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.
